Data Deletion Instructions

You can request deletion of personal data, workspace data, or connected account data processed by DuoMind products, including StoreCMO and DuoMind Shopify applications.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info@duomind.app with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:

• Your name and contact email.
• The workspace, store, ad account, or app involved.
• The type of data you want deleted.
• Any platform account identifier that helps us verify the request.

Verification

We may ask for additional information to confirm that you are authorized to request deletion for the relevant workspace, store, or connected account.

What we delete

After verification, we delete or anonymize data that is no longer required to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law, or preserve required audit records.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or by the complexity of the request.

Connected platforms

If data originated from Shopify, Google, Meta, or another connected platform, you may also need to remove DuoMind access or submit a request directly through that platform.
