These Terms of Service govern access to DuoMind products, including StoreCMO and DuoMind Shopify applications. By using our products, you agree to these terms.

Use of the service

You may use DuoMind products only for lawful business purposes and only with accounts, stores, ad accounts, and data sources that you are authorized to connect.

Workspace responsibility

Workspace owners are responsible for managing users, roles, invitations, connected accounts, and the accuracy of data submitted to or synchronized by the service.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform, you authorize DuoMind to access and process data from that platform for your workspace. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's terms and policies.

No professional advice

DuoMind provides software, dashboards, and operational analytics. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or advertising compliance advice. You are responsible for business decisions made using the service.

Service changes

We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption and to communicate material changes when appropriate.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security controls, upload unlawful data, or use the service in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DuoMind is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data arising from use of the service.
