DuoMind operates commerce and marketing software, including StoreCMO and DuoMind Shopify applications. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when merchants, workspace members, or authorized connected accounts use our products.

Information we collect

Depending on the product and connected data source, we may process:

• Account information such as name, email address, role, workspace membership, and authentication identifiers.
• Workspace, brand, store, connector, invitation, and audit log records needed to operate a multi-tenant SaaS workspace.
• Commerce data from authorized stores, such as orders, products, customer summaries, refunds, discounts, and sync status.
• Marketing data from authorized ad platforms, such as campaign, ad set, ad, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and account metadata.
• Technical data such as webhook delivery metadata, API sync logs, user agent, IP-derived security information, and error diagnostics.

How we use information

We use information to provide dashboards, connector syncs, operational analytics, account security, workspace permissions, data quality monitoring, and customer support. We do not sell personal data.

Connected accounts

When a merchant connects Shopify, Google Ads, Meta, or another supported platform, DuoMind uses the authorization granted by that merchant only for the connected workspace. Connector credentials are stored server-side and are not exposed in the user interface.

Data retention

We keep records for as long as needed to provide the service, meet security and audit obligations, and comply with applicable laws. Merchants may request deletion of workspace or connected account data as described on our data deletion page.

Security

We use access controls, server-side credential storage, HTTPS, audit logging, and cloud provider security controls to protect data. No system is perfect, but we design StoreCMO to minimize unnecessary personal data and limit access by workspace role.

Third-party services

Our products may integrate with services such as Shopify, Google, Meta, Firebase, and hosting or infrastructure providers. Their processing is governed by their own terms and policies when merchants authorize those services.

Your choices and rights
